Geoff Pitt, ND.

Wellington Naturopath, since 1984

Geoff says, the Art of body therapy is all in stretching muscles to help them let go a physical tension.

Geoff Pitt, a fully qualified Scenar Therapist as well as a Naturopath.

What is a Naturopath?

Naturopathy is an alternative Natural therapy system that draws upon on natural remedies and the body's vital ability to heal and maintain itself. Natural therapy favours holistic solutions, involving treatment modalities that include diet and lifestyle changers.
Natural therapy modalities used at the Pain Relief Clinic, may include any of the following

  • Iridology

is both a diagnostic and therapeutic modality. The fibres of the Iris tell the story.

  • Scenar

is both a diagnostic and therapeutic modality. The Scenar digital values tell the story.

  • All good effective Natural therapy techniques, will tell you all back pain issues also have neck pain issues.
  • Scenar therapists

who know their stuff will tell you all roads lead to the neck, and the way to effectively treat the neck is to focus on the whole body, hormones, muscles, joints and all. Relax one, relax them all.

  • Naturopaths

will tell you the skin is the third kidney. Both are organs of elimination.

  • Scenar therapists

who do the Advanced Cosmetology course will tell you the skin is the third lung. Both are organs of elimination. Central to health is "cleansing" the body.

  • Iridologists

will tell you all roads lead to organs of elimination. And that central to health is "cleansing" the body.

  • The more you learn, the more it all starts to sound the same.
  • That's why all patients have their first consultation with Geoff Pitt, its his job to help you sort out the best way forward for your body.

A DIFFERENT DOLLAR

What are the processes we go through in selecting a practitioner for our requirements? What are we looking for? What do we need? Or don't we know? In the New Zealand environment we are likely to think first of cost, but if is just cost how do we know with hands on healing we will get value for money.

Now the question is “ Who do I give my money to?”

qualifications then, that tells us at least some training has been undertaken but what and to what level and with what experience, and does this tell me anything about the practitioners ability to meet my needs? So back to cost. If there is a subsidy that may be helpful financially however that means the practitioner and their training must be approved by a bureaucratic process and registration. This is a process NOT based on results.

We need to be looking for ways and means of being well, not just treatment.

To this end then personal referrals, especially several the same are most likely to yield the best results in the initial search. Having made our decision the next question is whether the practitioner is right for us.

Geoff Pitt,a fifth generation New Zealander, from a farming background.
Geoff started out as a plant nutritionist. “It is one thing to produce a quality food from the planet, it is quite another matter to incorporate that into the human organism”
Plant Nutrition, naturally lead to an interest in mammal nutrition. Who hasn't read all the packaged food boxes in the kitchen - only to conclude the dog biscuits represent the best in food values !!!

Moving to Wellington in 1984, Geoff set up practises in Wellington and the Wairarapa where he has worked since. With a background in Nutrition, naturally an interest in Naturopathy followed. Unfortunately A.C.C does not subsidised clients. Geoff is really interested in clients being fully involved in their own recovery.

Geoff has over twenty five years of treatment experience with over 20,000 clients on file.
