In the ACID ALKALINE FOOD CHART the degree of acidity or alkalinity of various foods is shown by figures as follows:
The goal is to be as alkaline as possible
For alkaline foods look for as many 4's in your diet.
1 represents a low alkaline food quality
2 indicates a medium, alkaline forming food
3 indicates a strong, alkaline forming food
4 indicates a very strong, alkaline forming food
ALKALINE FORMING VEGETABLES
1 Beans-dried, Pumpkin, Rhubarb, Soya beans
2 Asparagus, Leeks, Lentils, Marrow, Onions, Turnips, Peas.
