STRESS AND ANXIETY

Stress and anxiety, can be causes of back pain.

Mineral deficiency, can cause stress, which leads to back or neck pain.
Physical stress, nutritional stress, it all eats into your calcium stores, and your end up with down stream symptoms sometime in the future.
Often symptoms of stress and anxiety are seen simply as psychosomatic.
When in reality there often is an additional stress on the body, perhaps due to vitamin deficiency, or nutrition malfunction, or even both.
These factors alone will cause anxiety, and make living an anxious business.
A stressed out body produces acid.
Acidity, stress, anxiety, are all signs that can all be identified during an Iridology examination.

Your body can be stressed due to:

1) Calcium deficiency.
2) B Vitamin deficiency in the daily diet.
3) Lack of tryptophan intake.
4) Malfunction of the spinal joints causing irritation
to the central nervous system.
5) Over exposure to electrical circuit fields, and
associated appliances, electrical blankets,
computers,cell phones.
6) The use of alcohol causes stress and anxiety.
Alcohol does not actually relieve stress or anxiety.
Alcohol just makes us feel like stress and anxiety are
rolling back.
Alcohol helps our body lie to itself.
We all know alcohol and denial go hand in hand.
7) Any allergy reaction is sinus stress, i.e. mould,
hay-fever, sinus, wheat intolerance.
